PLEASE NOTE – 2 EASY APP USERS

Support for the 2-Easy App is discontinued due to changes in Mobile and NBN Network configuration and the introduction of IPv6.

You MUST update your APP for any technical support, as your network may have converted to the new network types.

The 2-Easy App is still operational, however it is recommended to update your 2-Easy Monitor to the VDP Software and use the VDP Connect App. WiFi version DORVT22 Monitors purchased from 2018 are up-gradable by the end user with a Micro SD card, please see the guide below for this upgrade. The VDP provides a better user experience along with faster connectivity and features from the 2-Easy App.
