The Dorani range of Security products strives to keep you informed and up to date with the security within your home. The applications available for IOS Apple and Android enable you to connect with the App suitable products within your home and will send you notifications when you are away from home if you have any activity occurring.
The Dorani Intercom App connects with the Dorani Touch range of products where a Dorani Wi-Fi (DORVT22) intercom monitor is installed and configured. The application allow the following functions
- Intercom to your mobile phone
- 2 Way communication and Video from your home intercom to your mobile device
- Unlocking remotely from your mobile phone when a call is placed
- Remote viewing of the door station
- Communication back to the monitor inside the home
- Up to 4 simultaneous device connection
- QR Code Connection with Password requirement

Note: Data use is applicable with all functions above for both the mobile device and the internet connection for the monitor. All functions are speed and internet quality dependant at the monitor ad mobile device.
Disclaimer:
- The Intercom system operates as a stand-alone intercom with no requirement for Wi-Fi connection and Mobile App service.
- Push notifications are only provided as an optional service due to possible network restrictions.
- For Wi-Fi App connectivity the system requires a quality internet and Wi-Fi connection at the monitor location.
- Speeds greater than 1.2 Mbps upload are recommended for quality and reliability.
- Many ISP providers restrict some activity within router/modems, and network issues may occur. If there is blocks or restrictions between the network providers and the service, these may not be able to be removed, Dorani bears no responsibility for connection problems based on 3rd party equipment.
- Warranty does not apply in the event that reliability issues are 3rd party related, as these are out of Dorani control. Warranty will only be provided for faulty goods, return to base testing is required for ALL warranty claims.
