If you are unsure if you have a 2 or 4 wire version there are a couple of steps we can take to identify the model. Firstly, if your system still has power then there will be a BLUE led on the monitor or around the button on the door station. If there is no power then you can gently slide the monitor off the wall by pushing it up the wall about 15mm and it will lift off. Here you will have a couple of connections, if none of them have a 4 wire pin then its a 2-wire system
The Dorani 2 wire system still has parts and replacemets available and a return to us is required for assessment. If you are sure you know the issue with the intercom, you can order the parts required but please note, if the items have been installed then they will not be accepted as a new return.
